Cookie policy

Last updated: 11 October 2026.

This page explains which cookies and similar technologies this website uses. The site is run by MB Training Group LLC, a US-registered limited liability company (State of Wyoming) that offers its services globally, with a team working from different parts of the world. How we use personal data in general is explained in the privacy policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as the browser's local storage, work in the same way. Some are necessary for the site to work. The others need your consent.

Your choice

On your first visit, a banner asks for your choice. “Accept all” and “Reject” have the same weight, and closing the banner with the X means “Reject”. Without your consent, statistics and marketing cookies are not used. You can change your choice at any time, with the button below or from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. If you withdraw your consent, we delete the Google cookies set on this site.

Necessary cookies

Always on. They don't need consent, because the site cannot work properly without them. They are set by this site.

mei_consent: remembers your cookie choice. 6 months.
mei_mkt: tells the message form that you accepted marketing cookies. 6 months; deleted if you withdraw your consent.
pll_language: remembers the language of the site. 1 year.
wordpress_… and wp-settings-…: only for the people who manage the site, when they log in.

Google Analytics 4, a Google service, counts visits and shows which pages are useful. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.

_ga: distinguishes one visitor from another. 2 years.
_ga_…: keeps the state of the visit. 2 years.

Google Ads, a Google service, measures which ads bring people to the site.

_gcl_au and _gcl_aw: link a visit to the ad that was clicked. 90 days.
mbf_first_touch (local storage of this site): remembers which campaign or website first brought you here, so that if you write to us we know which ads work. 90 days; deleted if you withdraw your consent.
When you see or click an ad, Google may also set cookies on its own domains, under the Google cookie policy.

We use Google Consent Mode. If you reject cookies or don't make a choice, Google tags don't store or read cookies. They may send Google basic signals without identifiers (for example, that a page was viewed), which Google uses to estimate visits and results in aggregate.

Other services

The WhatsApp links and the video call links open external services, which use their own cookies under their own policies. This site doesn't load them until you click.

Cookies in your browser

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, some parts of the site may not work as expected: for example, the site will ask for your cookie choice again.
