We’re a US-based business fully compliant with all relevant laws. Our services aren’t digital products or automated platforms: every lesson is delivered live, in real time, by an independent tutor working from their country of residence. No physical operations, no offices, no permanent staff anywhere else. Just people doing their jobs, legally and transparently, wherever they live.
Call it borderless. Call it modern. We call it ethical.
We don’t do borders, we do responsibility.
5. WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR DATA
We don’t share your info with anyone else. Full-stop.
We use trusted service providers only as needed, such as:
- Payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal)
- Email systems (e.g. MailerLite, ConvertKit — if you subscribed)
- Basic analytics tools (to see what pages get traffic, anonymised and minimal)
